Lets get one thing straight. Your identity is not your brand and it's certainly not creating a logo on a van, a coffee cup or stationery. The brand is the perception formed by your customer about your company or your product. It's what makes your company tick, your personality, what makes you stand out from your competitors - even how you answer the phone. This perception is formed from your logo, graphic language, messages, products and actions. A design agency can't 'make' a brand. Only your customers can do this.

Before we can commit anything to paper we need to find out what your brand is, what your customers think your brand is and how your brand sits alongside it's competitors.
