How we helped increase enquiries for Deuren

Background
Deuren create handcrafted and highly bespoke Front, Internal and Garage doors from a Yorkshire based factory. The Deuren brand blends intricate design with stunning craftsmanship to create unique and contemporary doors.

We were tasked with creating a responsive website that unpinned the core values of the Deuren brand. As well as creating a CMS responsive website, we also worked on a digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and enquiries from a range of digital channels. Our strategy included the following areas:

SEO
Primary target here to improve traffic and enquiries from major search engines including Google & Bing.

We conducted detailed keyword research to define category and sub-level pages on the site, from the keyword research we then optimised all on-page elements to ensure the site was optimised for relevant search terms.

Paid Search
Primarily through Google AdWords and Bing – specific ad groups defined by keyword research. This channel allowed the site to drive traffic and enquiries instantly, whilst regularly optimising bids, ad copy and placement to ensure ROI was maximised.

Email
Regular email campaigns to the database – with the aim of engaging the customer base & upselling services.

Social Media
Fully managed social media strategies for the following channels; Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Google+, Houzz & Instagram. Our activity includes creating engaging and interesting content geared towards the target audience, with the aim of raising brand awareness and increasing social engagement.

Results
Overall, we have significantly improved both traffic and enquires to the site;

Traffic
•    Year on year uplift of 126%
•    Traffic from organic search increase of 98%
•    ‘contemporary internal doors’ up from being unranked to #8

Enquiries
•    375% increase in enquiries year on year
•    Conversion rate uplift of 139% - 1.9% Vs 4.5%

We also improved user engagement across the site by adding more products and filterable configurations, increasing time on site by 27% and reducing bounce rate by 13%.

Traffic
