Background
Silvelox is an Italian, internationally acclaimed manufacture of architectural doors. Silvelox UK operates independently in a more online focused market place than the parent company in Italy. After working with Silvelox UK on paid and natural SEO, a need to upgrade their website was identified, after achieving good natural rankings in all search engines. The brief was to simply improve the conversion rate of web traffic from visits to enquirers.


The Solution

We completely re-designed the Silvelox site to better reflect the brand identity of the parent company, whilst taking in to account visual and layout changes that previously resulted in an increased conversion rate. The re-design focuses on user experience, both from a visual and navigation point of view, allowing the stunning products to speak for themselves. We delivered a feature rich Concrete5 CMS website, including integration with Salesforce. We also implemented a digital marketing strategy to focus on visits and lead generation after the new site launched.


Return on investment

The website average conversion (lead generation) rate is a fantastic 4.74% - in a market where 2% would be considered good. Leads are swiftly dealt with at the clients end due to the Salesforce integration. The website has become the businesses no.1 lead generator. Organic Search has seen a 161% Increase in visits, leading to a 56% Increase in enquiries. Paid Search has seen a 141% Increase in visits, with a 38% Increase in enquiries.
