Core communities that float our boat.
As the world gets noisier, connection has never been more important. We’re not partakers in “traditional” networking. Cocktails? Yes. Transactional exchanges? We'll pass. Our networks are purposeful, generous, and service-oriented, which we find more mutually beneficial.
For years, we’ve built selective and meaningful relationships with like-minded people, groups, and institutions. From Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme to skill-sharing at the University of Huddersfield, our connections always inject invaluable, forward-thinking ideas into how we run our company, and what we can do for our clients.
WHO WE NETWORK WITH
Designed and delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts at world-class business schools, the Help To Grow: Management course helped us take time away from running ship to learn and level-up on profitability, innovation and growth - all skillsets we can use to better serve our clients.
Leading global investment banking company Goldman Sachs chose TBB and 9,999 other small businesses for their 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme. Our creative director Doug Main completed the scheme, learning from and bouncing ideas off fellow UK business owners.
Nobody teaches you how to be a freelancer. That's why we’ve been helping Wilson's Republic host its Creative Bubbles - a series of online meetings with creatives from the Kirklees area. Fun, cathartic, informal, and inspiring, they’re a great way to share experiences and learn how other creatives practice their craft while running businesses.
Workshops at the University of Huddersfield give us the brilliant opportunity to speak with budding minds while sharing our expertise. As part of the Digital Marketing Masterclass Boot Camp by the university’s Enterprise Team, we delivered a crash course in paid advertising for social media, answering any questions from students about small campaigns.
