A rebrand to reflect luxury
We were recently tasked with rebranding Mirri, a world leading supplier of metallic paper and board. The brand needed to refresh their image inline with changing customer needs, as well as presenting them as the solution to high end brands wanting to immerse their customers in their marketing materials and let them experience their brands.
We started by researching symbols that reflected luxury – this leads us on to create a custom monogram based on an ‘M’, with monograms being synonymous with luxury. We introduced reflected elements to reinforce the Mirri offering.
The new strapline of ‘Reflect Luxury’ plays on the properties of the Mirri substrates, as well as linking back to the premium nature of the brand and the products it can create.
The new branding, which was launched at the Retail Design World Expo on the 8th & 9th May, received positive feedback from those attending the show. We created the concept for the stand, which included using the triangle from the new logo to create a memorable graphic device, as well as creating giveaway bags so that Mirri would stay long in attendee’s memories.
The new logo mark and graphic language will roll out across online and printed media in the coming months.
