New client onboard: Aptvision

It’s all systems go as we welcome Aptvision to The Bigger Boat. We’ve been tasked with providing the healthcare technology specialist with stand design and procurement, social media content creation, media relations activities, merchandise design and procurement, blog content, and web support.

Aptvision provides a comprehensive software solution that allows management of all healthcare operations and information through an integrated, web-based system. By creating this unified healthcare information system (HIS) and embracing state-of-the-art technologies, it enables quicker and more effective outcomes for patients, clinicians, and healthcare providers. 

This year, Aptvision will be both sponsoring and exhibiting at the UK Imaging and Oncology Congress (UKIO). To maximise impact at the event, the team at Aptvision realised the need for external procurement, management, and marketing expertise, from encouraging bookings for demos to delivering effective marketing communications across a number of channels and services before, during and after the event.

Aptvision appointed The Bigger Boat to support in delivering its business goals for this important congress.

What’s next for Aptvision and The Bigger Boat?

We’ll be providing comprehensive support, including:

  • Stand design and procurement — covering a stand design that ensures longevity, as well as the manufacturing, installation, and breakdown of the design. 

  • Social media content creation — we’ll ensure all company pages are up to date, running paid targeted LinkedIn ads, crafting a social calendar for the build-up to the event, as well as reactive content during and after the event. 

  • Media relations — including writing, issuing and monitoring press releases, and liaising with key journalists to build brand reputation and position Aptvision as a thought leader.

  • Content marketing and web support — to build momentum for the event, we’ll be writing and building landing pages for the website, email communications, and articles. 

  • Merchandise design and procurement  — designing and printing customised merchandise that resonates with key people at the event.
