TBB’s response to COVID-19.
Here at The Bigger Boat, we have been closely following guidance from the government with regards to COVID-19. We’d like to update you on the actions we are taking to protect our crew, clients and anyone who works with us.
Our duty of care to our team and our community means we give full support to the government’s recently announced social distancing strategy – and we ask for your understanding in these uncertain and rapidly changing circumstances. We have taken the decision to cease all non-essential work-related travel to help reduce the spread of the virus. This means TBB crew members are now working from home and conducting virtual meetings. Our Mirfield office is closed until further notice.
However, we would like to reassure you we are still very much operating ‘business as usual’ – not much has changed, as remote working isn’t anything new to us. Crew members regularly work from home and we use cloud-based software so we’re well set up to support and communicate with our clients as we normally would.
