Energising ENGIE Supply UK’s sales event
As the UK’s largest provider of highly flexible energy storage for both gas and electricity, ENGIE Supply UK powers 17,000 business customers in the country. Part of the international company ENGIE, it delivers low-carbon power generation and distribution solutions with a mission to accelerate the transition to a carbon-neutral economy.
The challenge
Impressed by our strategic design for its office feature wall, ENGIE Supply UK returned to TBB with a new challenge: to create a compelling internal campaign that would illustrate the sales organisation’s 2025 strategy as part of its annual three-day sales event at Harrogate’s Majestic Hotel. The conference is a major internal milestone, uniting sales teams from across the business, developing sales efficiency, and setting the tone for the year ahead. Part of celebrating 2024 successes was honouring the ‘Engie Elite’ with an award, a lifesize standee at the event, and an exclusive dinner and spa day.
This time, the goal was to create a bold theme that would energise the team around ENGIE’s commitment to supporting its customers on their net zero transitions, motivating staff with a strong vision to be used in internal resources throughout the year.
Our solution
We developed a bold, unified, and strategic internal campaign, presenting several initial concepts to the ENGIE Supply team. The team decided on ‘Bring The Green Energy’, a motivating message that tied directly to ENGIE’s net zero ambitions, while energising the sales team (and extending that vision to the customer) for the year ahead. Working closely with the client, we supported the event end to end, from the initial concept and visual identity through to production and on-the-day setup. This included:
Wall graphics, mirror graphics, posters, and signage
Animations for digital screens and lectern stands
Presentations and banners
Interactive games, including giant branded Jenga and ‘Energy Pong’
Agenda, name cards, badges, and seating plans
From the entrance graphics right down to the fixings, every tiny detail was considered. Our team also supported the event throughout the weekend, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
A right result!

Our campaign went down so well for ENGIE UK, the American team adopted the UK theme, ‘Bring The Green Energy’, with great success for its own event too.
