Introducing TBB’s new website.
It’s been an exciting first half of the year for the crew of The Bigger Boat.
We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes pulling together our new website, which has been redesigned to work harder for the user, feature simple navigation and better showcase our capabilities as a creative and digital marketing agency.
Here, we take you on a whistle-stop tour of the updates and changes.
Scaling up after 10 years in business
Established in 2010, The Bigger Boat has come a long way since its beginnings in office space barely bigger than a cupboard! More than a decade later, now a team of 20 and offering a suite of creative and digital marketing services, we required a better-functioning website that could succinctly showcase the team’s broad-ranging talents and expertise.
We’ve grown as a business and ensuring our website clearly communicated our clients are at the heart of everything we do, was important to us. We’ve changed the language across the site with this in mind – rather than simply listing out what we do, we go into further detail explaining the services we provide and how they benefit our clients. We’ve also added more sections to help us thoroughly explain our values and what matters to us as a business, as well as how The Bigger Boat can help brands in various industries to achieve results.
From a user experience perspective, the new design has made the website much easier to navigate, with clearer buttons and text. UX concepts have been smoothly integrated and the code is much cleaner, efficient and better optimised for an all-round better experience. We’ve prioritised site speed, as we advise all our clients, and the site follows Google best practice.
Looking forward to the next decade
An integrated agency, The Bigger Boat is excitedly looking ahead to projects that utilise our know-how and resources across our different disciplines, which encompasses web development, design, SEO, content marketing, digital marketing and social media marketing. We strive to help brands in all sectors, including retail, manufacturing and healthcare, make a bigger impact and better connect with audiences. A joined-up approach like this means our creative, web and digital experts work closely to fine-tune customer journey and all its touchpoints, and ensure marketing campaigns seamlessly interweave different channels and tactics.
We’ll regularly update our new website to showcase projects (check out our new Showboat), highlight results and reflect our values. Keep visiting to see what’s new above and below deck at The Bigger Boat.
